Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as it was when delivered — unworn, with no additional marks or damage. Original packaging should be included where possible.
Email us at info@vaultshades.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on the return journey.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
If your order arrived with damage that was not disclosed in the product listing, please contact us at info@vaultshades.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
