1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the VaultShades website (vaultshades.com) and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

VaultShades is an independent global retailer of pre-loved Oakley eyewear. These terms govern your purchase from VaultShades wherever you are in the world.

2. Products

VaultShades sells pre-loved (second-hand) Oakley eyewear. All products are genuine Oakley items. We do not sell replicas, counterfeits, or aftermarket modifications.

Product condition is described in the listing using the following terms:

Pre-Loved · Excellent — minimal to no visible signs of use. Lens is clear and scratch-free.
Pre-Loved · Good — minor cosmetic marks on the frame consistent with careful use. Lens is clear and scratch-free.
Pre-Loved — general pre-owned condition, inspected and functional. Details noted in the listing.

All lenses are inspected for clarity, scratches, and coating damage before listing. Any pair that does not meet our standard is not listed for sale.

Product images are representative. Minor variations in appearance may occur due to lighting. We recommend reading the condition description carefully.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order already confirmed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. Your financial details are never stored on our systems.

Afterpay is available subject to Afterpay's own terms and eligibility criteria. VaultShades is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by Afterpay.

4. Orders and Confirmation

An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order. VaultShades reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion — for example, if a product is found to be unlisted, damaged, or mispriced. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Because stock is often one-of-a-kind, products may sell out between the time you add them to your cart and the time you complete checkout. If this occurs, you will be notified and fully refunded.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide on every order, free. All orders include tracked shipping. Orders placed before 2 pm on business days are dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 7–18 business days depending on destination.

Once an order has been dispatched, VaultShades is not responsible for courier delays. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days, contact us at info@vaultshades.com and we will investigate.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

6. All Sales Are Final

All purchases from VaultShades are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please read all product descriptions, condition notes, and photographs carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a specific item, contact us at info@vaultshades.com before placing your order.

In the event that an item arrives materially different from its listed description — for example, undisclosed damage to the lens — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will assess each case individually and, where a genuine misdescription is confirmed, we will work to reach a fair resolution.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your country.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and design — is the property of VaultShades or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written consent.

VaultShades is an independent reseller of pre-loved Oakley products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Oakley, Inc. or Luxottica Group. All Oakley trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultShades is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law in your country.

9. Privacy

We collect personal information only to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required to fulfil your order (e.g. courier services, payment processors). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
